Shipping and Lost Package Policy – PORT NOIR Shop
For us to consider an order officially lost, at least 60 business days must have passed for international shipments, or 30 business days for orders within the EU, starting from the date your order was shipped. Refunds will not be issued before this period has passed.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both the cost of the order and the shipping fees. PORT NOIR Shop cannot refund any lost items or shipping costs caused by incorrect address information.
All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
